We have a part-time fill-in position available for a General Dentist to work with the Flint Hills Job Corps Center in Manhattan, KS. The position is for 8-hours per week working Fridays, 8:30am-4:30pm. Alternate schedules will be considered.
Scope of work is the following: Provide initial oral examination for new students (adolescents and young adults) and routine general dentistry treatment, including restorative, extractions, anterior endo on strategic teeth, partials and nonsurgical periodontal care; preventative dental health education to students at the center, diagnosis and treatment plan each student, and aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the total center dental health program. The Job Corps program, funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, is a national free education and training program which helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find a job.
We have a part-time position available for a General Dentist to work with the Finch-Henry Job Corps Center in Batesville, MS. The position is for 7-hours per week to be worked one day, Monday through Friday.
